Refund and Replacement Policy:

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are fully committed to rectifying the issue at no extra cost to you.

Please reach out to us within 48 hours after receiving your product. Unfortunately, Outlet Viral doesn't accept returns or exchanges, since the item cannot be returned once received.

We happily offer replacements free of charge under the following conditions: Items arrived faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Packages that are lost during transit. We do not accept returns or issue refunds if the customer changes their mind post-receiving the order(s). Note: Outlet Viral is not responsible for any lost or misrouted packages.

It is essential that all information provided is accurate to prevent mishandling of packages or any associated issues. International customers must provide a phone number.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES: Outlet Viral isn't responsible for packages returned to sender.

We advise customers to carefully provide correct addresses to avoid delivery issues. On receipt at our warehouse, we can repack, relabel, and reship the item, but it incurs an extra cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half of the order total, so please be cautious with the information you provide.

If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us promptly to rectify the error.

Cancellation Policy:

Yes, you may cancel your order(s) within 24 hours of placement. Send us an email within this period, citing your cancellation reason. We don't accept cancellations beyond the 24 hours window and/or due to Standard Shipping reasons.

Please remember our Standard Shipping is detailed in every product’s description for your information before order confirmation. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before reflecting on the customer's bank account.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

To seek a replacement or refund, email us your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order. Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before issuing a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
